What a great cast! I’ll be daydreaming of it today as I try and stop strangers on the street.
Steve Carell and Tina Fey start shooting on ‘Date Night’ last thursday (April 24th) in LA. The movie is slated to be released April 9th, 2010.
Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum) is directing the film which revolves around a married couple (Fey and Carell) who find themselves in harm’s way after their routine date night goes horribly awry. It has an AMAZING supporting cast:
- Mark Wahlberg: A successful and crazily buff securities expert who flirts with Fey’s character.
- James Franco: A not-too-bright conman and petty criminal.
- Leighton Meester: The couple’s babysitter.
- Taraji P. Henson: The one good cop who believes the couple is in danger.
- Common: A villain.
- Kristen Wiig: Fey’s character’s best friend.
First day of training today. Didn’t go any of these but it was still a pretty fun day.
